    Abstract: A system for imprinting a pattern on a malleable surface includes a roller (12) having a plurality of spaced running ridges (24) and spaced header ridges (26) defining an impression pattern on the roller surface (22) for impressing a corresponding simulated masonary pattern on a malleable surface such as concrete. The ridges (24,26) are configured to procue multiple, adjacent, simulated masonry patterns (80,86) so that adjacent patterns visually and aesthetically merge into one larger pattern.
