Abstract: A device for preventing staining of a boat hull includes: a thru hull mounted through the boat hull, the thru hull including a thru hull body, a flange located on an end of the thru hull body, and a lip protruding from a face of the flange; a drainage device mountable on the thru hull, the drainage device including a drainage device body, an inwardly projecting rim located at least partially around the drainage device body, and a drainage lip protruding from the drainage device body. The inwardly projecting rim is shaped such that the drainage device is secured on the thru hull by locating the inwardly projecting rim around at least a portion of the lip protruding from the face of the flange of the thru hull.

Abstract: A decorative doorway insert for enhancing the look of a doorway. The doorway insert is provided for easy, non-destructive installation. The doorway insert is adjustable such that it is easily mounted within door openings of varying widths, and is removable in order to conveniently and inexpensively alter the look of the doorway as desired. The doorway insert is installed and removed without the need of tools, thus allowing it to be installed and removed quickly and easily by almost anyone. The doorway insert includes a left panel, a right panel, each of which is installed in the corresponding upper corners of the doorway, and a center panel which is adjustably attached to each of the left and right panels.

Abstract: A notebook computer copy clip for being removably secured to either side or the top of the screen of a notebook computer for holding documents for viewing while using the computer. The copy clip of the includes a spring member and a facia member, each being fabricated from a flexible, resilient material such that the copy clip may be bent to engage a side or the top of a notebook computer screen, and such that when removed, it will return to a planar disposition. To this extent, each of the spring member and the facia member defines a substantially planar configuration. An engagement device is provided for securing the facia member to the spring member. The engagement device includes cooperating engagement tabs and tab receptors defined by the spring member and the facia member. In order to lock the engagement of the facia member with the spring member, the spring member defines a locking member below the engagement tab thereof for engaging the lower extent of the facia member tab receptor.

Abstract: A stackable container for computer media, such as floppy disks or the like. The container comprises a base and a removable cover. During ordinary use of the container, the cover fits in an upright orientation securely atop the base to provide closure of the container. The cover is constructed so that when it is removed and inverted, it nests in the base of the container. Thus, during packing and shipment (or storage) of the container, the cover is removed and inverted and nested in the base. The cover, which is typically made of clear styrene, is relatively brittle, and the ability to nest the cover in the base, which is typically made of a more resilient plastic, provides protection from physical damage to the cover during shipment. Also, the base is constructed to at least partially nest in the inverted cover, so that multiple containers can be packed and shipped more compactly.

Abstract: A storage tray for holding different sized data storage media, such as diskettes, has more than one mode. The storage tray has a flat bottom having an upper surface and opposite front and rear walls which extend upward from the bottom. A pair of opposite sidewalls extend between the front and rear walls and are provided with an inwardly protruding ledge to define a recessed portion in which diskettes of a first size are stored. At least one removable plate having a center partition inserts into the storage tray and is supported on the opposite ledges so that the lower surface of the tray faces the bottom. The plate allows diskettes of a second, smaller size to be stored on the upper surface of the plate on either side of the partition and between the sidewalls of the storage tray. Dividing members can be inserted into the plate slots for supporting the diskettes of the second size. The dividing members releasably couple together.

Abstract: A copystand for holding magnetic disks and documents is disclosed. In an open position, disks can be inserted into and removed from the base means while a document is held in proper reading position by the copystand's face. In a closed position, the disks are locked into the base means and the now nearly flat copystand can be easily moved to another location. If desired, documents may remain attached to the face of the copystand during such a move.
