Abstract: A holder for medical/dental instruments and method of using the holder. The holder may include a body, including a first surface and a second surface. The holder may further include a ridge formed along a length of the first surface of the body; a wall portion formed along the length of the first surface of the body and extending vertically therefrom, wherein the wall portion may be parallel to and spaced apart from the ridge; and a plurality of grooves formed in the ridge.

Abstract: An instrument handle is provided. The instrument handle includes an elongated structure extending between a first end and a second end, the first end extending to a functional head component or is configured to couple to a removable functional head component, and the elongated structure is interrupted by a holding assembly having a through-hole configured to receive a solid object. The holding assembly can have one or more connectors configured to securably retain the solid object therein. A dental mirror including the instrument handle is also provided.

Abstract: The combined toothpaste container cap and dental floss dispenser of the present disclosure and related inventions includes a cap structure configured to fit with a toothpaste dispenser in the form of a tube, a floss container and an access panel. The floss container is configured to fit within the cap body and has a floss containment cavity in which a supply of dental floss is stored. A floss lead opening is located on the floss container through which the dental floss is accessed. An access panel is attached to the floss container which covers the floss lead opening.
