  • Publication number: 20240387226
Abstract: A remote plasma processing apparatus with an electrostatic chuck can deposit film on a semiconductor substrate by atomic layer deposition or chemical vapor deposition. The remote plasma processing apparatus can include a remote plasma source and a reaction chamber downstream from the remote plasma source. An RF power source can be configured to apply high RF power to the remote plasma source and heating elements can be configured to apply high temperatures to the electrostatic chuck. The semiconductor substrate can be dechucked from the electrostatic chuck using a declamping routine that alternates reversing polarities and reducing clamping voltages. In some embodiments, silicon nitride film can be conformally deposited by atomic layer deposition using a mixture of nitrogen, ammonia, and hydrogen gases as a source gas for remote plasma generation.

  • Publication number: 20230417326
Abstract: A seal to prevent fluid through a first interface between the seal and a first body, includes first and second band members and a bridge member. The first band member defines a first band seal surface on first side of the first band member. The first band member is configured to provide a first fluid seal with the first body when compressed to the first body. The second band member defines a second band seal surface on a first side of the second band member. The second band member is configured to provide a second fluid seal with the first body when compressed to the first body. The first band member and the second band member at least partially define a cavity between the first band member and the second band member. The bridge member extends through the cavity and connects the first band member to the second band member.

  • Publication number: 20230147451
Abstract: A technique is directed to methods and systems for generating a virtual graph of multi-channel communications. In some implementations, a virtual graph system provides a virtual graph relationship that manages the representation and captures the information associated with multi-channel communications, such as communications of a user with a corporate contact center. The information can include session and “customer journey” characteristics of the interaction flow beyond the details of the telecommunication infrastructure. Additionally, the virtual graph system can provide a visualization that communicates both historical details and actionable information found in the interaction graph(s).

  • Publication number: 20230134061
Abstract: Methods, systems, and computer programs are directed to the design of a new showerhead purge collar for a semiconductor manufacturing apparatus. The showerhead purge collar includes a top section and a bottom section coupled to the top section and concentric with the top section. The top section has a hollow center to conduct process gas and an inlet for a purge gas on a side of the top section. The bottom section has a hollow center to conduct the process gas towards a showerhead. A plenum to conduct the purge gas is defined within the showerhead purge collar, and the bottom section includes holes to exhaust the purge gas above the showerhead.

  • Patent number: 11631001
Abstract: A system-on-chip (SoC) integrated circuit product includes a machine learning accelerator (MLA). It also includes other processor cores, such as general purpose processors and application-specific processors. It also includes a network-on-chip for communication between the different modules. The SoC implements a heterogeneous compute environment because the processor cores are customized for different purposes and typically will use different instruction sets. Applications may use some or all of the functionalities offered by the processor cores, and the processor cores may be programmed into different pipelines to perform different tasks.

  • Publication number: 20230023303
Abstract: A compiler receives a description of a machine learning network and generates a computer program that implements the machine learning network. The computer program includes statically scheduled instructions that are executed by a mesh of processing elements (Tiles). The instructions executed by the Tiles are statically scheduled because the compiler can determine which instructions are executed by which Tiles at what times. For example, for the statically scheduled instructions, there are no conditions, branching or data dependencies that can be resolved only at run-time, and which would affect the timing and order of the execution of the instructions.

  • Patent number: 11517694
Abstract: Aspects are directed to an improved suction catheter that increases the effectiveness of clearing the airway, reducing the need for separate suctioning and foreign body grasping instruments. The embodiments described herein provide medical personnel the ability to use one hand and catheter to selectively grasp an anatomically lodged foreign body while reducing the likelihood of lumen blockage and interruption of suction. The embodiments described herein further provide an auxiliary access port that allows insertion of a bougie instrument into a suction catheter. The suction catheter may be a Yankauer device or improved suction catheter with grasping housing. The bougie instrument may extend through the access port and a lumen of the catheter while still providing suction via the lumen. Due to the small size of the suction catheter, the bougie instrument may extend from the catheter's distal end when placed in close proximity to a patient's vocal cords.
