    Abstract: Systems and methods for a financial institution to compile information regarding customer loans and items/assets securing the loans to create an environment in which troubled debtors may place an asset into a pool of assets for resale/exchange and to be released of obligations to repay the loan associated with the asset. In some implementations, a customer may replace the asset with another asset in the pool, where the replacement asset imposes a reduced (or no) obligation on the debtor. The pool of assets may include real estate, automobiles, major electronics, major appliances, artwork, etc. In some implementations, the financial services provider may be able to place an asset into the pool of goods before it becomes damaged, destroyed or goes missing by modeling customer behavior and anticipating a pending default on a loan.

An inspection list of questions is presented to a user through a mobile computing device, and images are captured by a camera included in the mobile computing device. In an embodiment, an image can be captured using augmented visual assistance through a mobile application. A wildfire risk associated with the home can be determined at least based on answers to the questions in the inspection list and captured images. In another embodiment, a virtual reality game for simulating a wildfire behavior is provided. The wildfire behavior can be re-simulated during the game after removing or modifying mitigatable features on or around the home. In yet another embodiment, a system and method for determining a building status and location is provided in real-time during an active fire.

In some implementations, the retirement planning engine may offer a retirement “gap” insurance product to the customer to protect against a difference between the amount saved by the customer and the amount needed to achieve desired annual income for the retirement years. The insurance policy may cover this “gap” if the customer adheres to the plan defined by the retirement planning engine.
