    Abstract: This document provides methods and materials for treating cancer. Replication-competent oncolytic viruses (e.g., replication-competent oncolytic vesicular stomatitis viruses), nucleic acid molecules encoding a replication-competent oncolytic virus (e.g., replication-competent oncolytic vesicular stomatitis virus), methods for making replication-competent oncolytic viruses (e.g., replication-competent oncolytic vesicular stomatitis viruses), methods for using replication-competent oncolytic viruses (e.g., replication-competent oncolytic vesicular stomatitis viruses) to treat cancer, cancer neoantigens, nucleic acids encoding a cancer neoantigen, and methods for stimulating immune cells (e.g., cytotoxic T lymphocytes) to kill cancer cells also are provided.
