    Abstract: A method for identifying floors in a building in need of a network related action based on radio signal parameter values comprises obtaining location data of a geographical location. The method includes obtaining, for a set of user equipment, radio signal parameter values from measurements made at the geographical location. The method includes identifying, by comparing horizontal positions of the user equipment with the location data, a first subset of the user equipment. The method includes associating, by comparing vertical positions of the user equipment in the first subset of the user equipment with the location data, second subsets of the user equipment with floors of the building. The method includes identifying floors in need of a network related action as any of the floors associated with one of the second subsets of the user equipment for which the second performance value is below a second threshold value.

The method includes performing k-aggregation of the data samples by: (a) randomly selecting an enterprise; (b) randomly selecting a user associated with the enterprise; (c) randomly selecting a data sample of the user; (d) repeating (a), (b), and (c) k times, where (a) and (b) are performed without replacement; and aggregating the randomly-requested data samples by position.

    Abstract: Mechanisms for estimating a ratio of indoor-to-outdoor traffic or user equipment distribution. A method is performed by a network node. The method includes obtaining, for a set of user equipment, radio signal measurements. The radio signal measurements have a probability distribution function. The method includes separating the probability distribution function into a set of clusters. Each cluster has its own individual probability distribution function. The method includes estimating the ratio of indoor-to-outdoor traffic or user equipment distribution by predicting, from the individual probability distribution functions of the clusters, which, if any, of the clusters represent indoor user equipment and which, if any, of the clusters represent outdoor user equipment. The method includes performing a network related action in accordance with the ratio of indoor-to-outdoor traffic or user equipment distribution.
