    Abstract: Implementations of an automated feeder for live bait are provided. In some implementations, the automated feeder for live bait comprises a plurality of storage units configured to house live bait such as crickets, worms, roaches, etc., wherein each storage unit comprises an automated door that is configured to open and close. In some implementations, a method of using the automated feeder for live bait comprises loading the storage units with live bait, and feeding the loaded live bait from the storage units to a pet at a pre-programmed time, wherein the method is performed remotely using a mobile application on a portable computing device (or a software application on a desktop computing device) or locally using a local user interface on the automated feeder for live bait.
