Abstract: A vaporizer device includes various modular components. The vaporizer device includes a first subassembly. The first subassembly includes a cartridge connector that secures a vaporizer cartridge to the vaporizer device and includes at least two receptacle contacts that electrically communicate with the vaporizer cartridge. The vaporizer device includes a second subassembly. The second subassembly includes a skeleton defining a rigid tray that retains at least a power source. The vaporizer device also includes a third subassembly. The third subassembly includes a plurality of charging contacts that supply power to the power source, and an end cap that encloses an end of the vaporizer device.

Abstract: A charging adapter assembly for charging a vaporizer device is described herein. In some embodiments, the charging adapter may include a housing including a coupling end configured to couple to the vaporizer device. The coupling end of the housing may include a chamber having a base and at least one chamber wall defining a perimeter of the chamber. The base may include at least one charging contact. The charging adapter may include a power adapter extending from the housing. The power adapter may be configured to provide an electrical pathway between a power source and the at least one charging contact. Abstract: A charging case assembly for a vaporizer device includes a lower housing pivotably coupled to an upper housing. The lower housing can include a rechargeable power supply and a coupling mechanism configured to receive and position the vaporizer device within the lower housing. The coupling mechanism can include a cradle portion positioned along the lower housing and further include an elongated base that is recessed along an inner surface of the lower housing. The cradle portion can be configured to receive the vaporizer device such that a first elongated side of the vaporizer device is positioned against the base of the cradle portion. The coupling mechanism can further include a pair of case contacts positioned adjacent a first end of the base.

Abstract: A portable charging adapter system for charging a vaporizer device is described. In some embodiments, the system includes a charging adapter including a charging adapter housing. The charging adapter can include a charging dock positioned along a first surface of the charging adapter housing and a power coupling feature positioned along a second surface of the charging adapter housing. The portable charging adapter system can include a cap that includes a cap housing having an inner chamber. The cap can include a securing element coupled to the inner chamber having at least one cantilevered spring configured to engage the power adapter for securing a coupling of the cap to the charging adapter. Abstract: A method for activating a vaporizer device may include a point-of-sale device receiving, based on an identifier of the vaporizer device, activation data associated with the vaporizer device. The vaporizer device may be activated by communicating, to the vaporizer device, the activation data. The point-of-sale device may communicate the activation data to the vaporizer device via a dock coupled with the vaporizer device. Moreover, the point-of-sale device may communicate the activation data to the vaporizer device through a packaging of the vaporizer device. Alternatively, the point-of-sale device may communicates the activation data to the vaporizer device by communicating the activation data to a computing device associated with a user of the vaporizer device. The computing device may further communicate the activation data to the vaporizer device via audio signals and/or optical signals corresponding to the activation data.
