  • Patent number: 10676037
Abstract: A roof rack system has a clamping system comprised of handles, an actuator, and a pair of jaws. The jaws provide a universal clamping system that will attach to most roof rack cross bars with an easy-on/easy-off, quick-release actuator, such as a ratcheting mechanism or lever system, that will integrate with a wide variety of accessories. The preferred actuator includes a lever mechanism with a linkage between the trigger handle and the elongated handgrip. An adjustment knob is used to adjust the longitudinal distance of the distal end of the linkage from the back end of the handgrip. This system is easier to use, more versatile, and less expensive than conventional roof rack accessory systems.

  • Patent number: 9927215
Abstract: A target system designed to be stand-alone and modular which includes a target area which is two or more sided and which can be rotated through a large number of different positions and rotations. The system can also include systems for projectile impact recognition. Target rotation is generally accomplished through a target base that is in communication with and configured to receive data input from a remote target controller.

  • Publication number: 20160221722
Abstract: An exemplary sealable storage bag for storing articles includes a bag wall defining a bag interior adapted to receive an article to be stored, and an opening arranged at a first end of the bag and communicating with the bag interior. A closure is arranged at the first end and is operable to substantially hermetically seal the opening. At least one air outlet valve is arranged in the bag wall and is operable to release air from the bag interior to an external environment. The air outlet valve has an open position for allowing air passage therethrough, and a closed position for blocking air passage therethrough. The bag wall is collapsible to facilitate compression of the bag into a compacted state for expelling air from the bag interior through the air outlet valve in the open position and when the opening is sealed by the closure. Related methods of storing articles are also disclosed.

  • Publication number: 20090212174
Abstract: A golf bag stand system is described wherein the legs of the stand system deploy in an arcuate path. The arcuate path permits the legs of the golf bag stand system to be widely deployed to support the golf bag while minimizing entanglement issues during deployment and retraction. The arcuate deployment keeps the legs closer to the center line of the bag during a greater period of the deployment/retraction, with the sideward/outward movement of the legs occurring at the end of leg deployment and at the beginning of leg retraction. This may be achieved by hingedly connecting the legs to the golf bag with an axis of rotation that is inclined toward the center of the golf bag. The legs of the golf bag include a bend or jog that permits the inclined axis of rotation while keeping the legs close to the golf bag when in the retracted position.
