  • Patent number: 12430690
Abstract: A customer eProcurement system enables a blanket purchase order on a supplier website to establish a budget, which buyers can use without the need to take their cart back to the customer eProcurement system. The budget value for a buyer or a group of buyers allows them to perform their buying functions without the need for further internal processing by the customer system so long as purchases are within the budget. The blanket purchase order allows buyers to place the orders directly on the supplier website, while at the same time following policies of the customer eProcurement system and allows easier order reconciliation within the customer system.

  • Publication number: 20240335274
Abstract: A stent (10) to be positioned within a urethra (611U) of a patient (611) includes a first stent end (12), an opposed second stent end (14), and a stent body (16) that extends between the first stent end (12) and the second stent end (14). Each of the stent ends (12, 14) is flared relative to the stent body (16). The stent body (16) has one or more bumps (18) from the first stent end (12) to the second stent end (14). The stent (10) moves from a compressed configuration (10C) as the stent (10) is initially positioned within the urethra (611U), to an expanded configuration (10E) as the stent (10) is deployed at a desired location within the urethra (611U). A stent deployment system (220) that positions the stent (10) within the urethra (611U) includes an inner shaft (224), at least one tube ring (226) positioned about the inner shaft (224), and an outer sheath (228) that is configured to substantially encircle the stent (10) as mounted about the inner shaft (224) and the at least one tube ring (226).

  • Publication number: 20240285897
Abstract: One or more sensors are configured to sense physiological phenomena of a user of the bed; and generate one or more data streams based on the sensing of the physiological phenomena of the user. A computing system may include at least one processor and computer memory, the computing-system configured to: receive the one or more data streams for a plurality of night's sleep for the same user; generate, using the one or more data streams, digital cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (dCBTI) parameters for the user; and cause a computing device to operate a dCBTI treatment for the user according to the dCBTI parameters.

  • Publication number: 20230188416
Abstract: A network equipment operation adjustment system is provided herein that is configured to improve the performance of a telecommunications network by generating a network score representing the performance of a telecommunications network within a geographic region, determining one or more network equipment parameter adjustments using the network score, and causing the adjustments to occur. The network equipment operation adjustment system can further display the network score and other network scores for other geographic regions in an interactive user interface to efficiently allow a network operator to view the network performance of a telecommunications network by geographic region and/or to view how the network performance in each of the geographic regions is changing over time.
