The anvil is configured to be slidably received within a portion of the throughbore. The insert defines a proximal surface and an opposite, distal surface, and the distal surface defines a first counterbore therein that terminates at a first annular surface. The first annular surface defines a second counterbore that terminates at a second annular surface. The snap ring is configured to be disposed within the first counterbore of the insert when in a first configuration, and within the second counterbore of the insert when in a second configuration.

    Abstract: A non-invasive dental or surgical monitoring system is disclosed. The monitoring system is comprised generally of dental or surgical equipment to be monitored, a main sensor unit, a set of sensors. The main sensor unit is in communication with various sensors removably attached to the equipment. The sensors monitor environment conditions related to the equipment rather than directly monitoring the equipment. The collected data is sent to the main sensor unit and can be accessed, or wirelessly transmitted by signal to a device or devices at another location. As collected data aggregates, a data profile can be created, machine learning can be used to discover patterns, and predictive analysis can be incorporated to help software make predictions of, or spot in real time, equipment problems based on deviations from the profile.

    Abstract: Techniques of transmitting wireless communications involve generating orthogonal spreading codes for any number of user devices that are linear combinations of sinusoidal harmonics that match the frequencies within the spread bandwidth. Along these lines, prior to transmitting signals, processing circuitry may generate a set of initial code vectors that form an equiangular tight frame having small cross-correlations. From each of these rows, the processing circuitry produces a new spreading code vector using a code map that is a generalization of a discrete Fourier transform. The difference between the code map and a discrete Fourier transform is that the frequencies of the sinusoidal harmonics are chosen to match the particular frequencies within the spread bandwidth and differ from a center frequency by multiples of the original unspread bandwidth. Different transmitters may then modulate respective signals generated with different spreading code vectors.
