The shaft assembly further includes a second portion positioned within the interior cavity. A weighted member is operably coupled to the second portion of the shaft assembly for rotation therewith. The weighted member outwardly extends from the shaft assembly. A knob is positioned on the first portion of the shaft assembly for rotation therewith. The weighted member increases the rotational inertia of the knob assembly as operably coupled thereto through the shaft assembly.
