  • Patent number: 11916315
Abstract: Various embodiments that relate to a circular disk configured to radiate a signal. The radiating disk can include edge openings. Within these edge openings power supplies can rest. When the power supplies function, they can cause the circular disk to radiate with either a dipole pattern or a cardioid pattern. A controller can manage how these power supplies function depending on if the dipole pattern or the cardioid pattern is desired.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: November 10, 2021
Date of Patent: February 27, 2024
Assignee: The Government of the United States, as represented by the Secretary of the Army

  • Patent number: 11169192
Abstract: In various embodiments, a graphical plotter can create a transformation circle. An identification component can identify a center point, a radius from the center point, and a circular outer point set extended from the center point by the radius. A creation component can create a plot based, at least in part, on the center point, the radius, and the circular outer point set. An output component can cause the plot to be outputted, where the circular outer point set is dependent on trigonometry of an angle set from an x-axis pertaining to the center point and the radius.

  • Publication number: 20090139582
Abstract: An inflation valve assembly comprises a longitudinally extending conduit, a cap, a normally closed elastic double-duckbill valve, and a hollow nozzle insert. The longitudinally extending conduit has a first longitudinal end and a second longitudinal end. The cap is configured and arranged for removable attachment to the first longitudinal end of the conduit. The normally closed elastic double-duckbill valve sealingly engages within the conduit with intersecting radially elongated slits extending longitudinally there through. The hollow nozzle insert is configured and arranged for longitudinal insertion into the conduit through the first longitudinal end for separating both slits and opening the double-duckbill valve so long as the nozzle insert remains inserted within the conduit.
