  • Publication number: 20230360748
Abstract: Various embodiments for customizing electronic medical records system are described herein. An embodiment operates by receiving a request from a doctor to generate a medical diagnosis for a patient. One or more preconfigured templates corresponding to the medical diagnosis input by the doctor are identified. A selection of at least one of the identified one or more preconfigured templates is received. Text of the selected at least one of the identified one or more preconfigured templates is copied into a treatment plan for the patient. The treatment plan including at least a portion of the copied text of the selected at least one of the identified one or more preconfigured templates is provided to the patient.

  • Patent number: 11187009
Abstract: A striker assembly includes a housing, a striker, and a spring. The housing has opposed sidewalls, each of which defines an aperture. The striker extends between the sidewalls of the housing with end portions of the striker positioned within respective apertures defined in the sidewalls. Each of the pair of end portions defines a surface extending in a transverse direction. The spring has a pair of end portions. Each spring end portion contacts the surface of a respective striker end portion. The spring is engaged with the housing to bias the end portions of the striker toward a centered position of the respective apertures. At least one of the end portions of the striker is movable transversely within the respective aperture away from the centered position of the respective aperture and is biased toward the centered position of the respective aperture.

  • Patent number: 9952001
Abstract: The Re-Corable Coaxial Hose System allows temperature control to be added around material-carrying tubing in both new and existing dispensing systems. The jacketing system seals around the material-carrying tube and allows a thermal transfer fluid to be circulated in the resulting annular space so as to change the temperature of the material being dispensed. Because the system is comprised of a series of tubing and hoses it is flexible and can be routed around corners and through wire tracks and can be used in both manual and robotic applications. Because the seals around the material-carrying tube can be released and subsequently re-sealed, the internal material-carrying tube can be replaced, defined as “re-coring” the hose assembly.
