Abstract: A composition, preferably a cosmetic composition, in the form of an oil-in-water emulsion, comprises: —a dispersed fatty phase comprising: at least one triglyceride made of glycerol and fatty acids, and. at least one hydrophobic polymer selected from the ester-terminated poly (ester-amide) s; wherein said dispersed fatty phase comprises at least 10% by weight of triglyceride (s) in relation to the total weight of said dispersed fatty phase; and -a continuous aqueous phase comprising at least one hydrophilic gelling agent selected from the group consisting of the polymers comprising at least one monomer being acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid, the optionally modified carboxyvinyl polymers, and mixtures thereof.
