  • Patent number: 11457743
Abstract: A folding chair includes an articulated armrest to initiate a folding of the chair. The armrest can have a spring-loaded, releasable coupling, where the chair will not fold inadvertently, while lifting the chair by the armrests, without release of the coupling. The folding armrests can be linked to movement of the seat structure during chair folding. The chair can include four leg posts, two articulated armrests, where each armrest is rigid and has a front and rear arm section, and two seat links, where each seat link is pivotally attached to one of the front or the rear arm section, and to a side support of a seat bottom, where the chair is configured, when the armrests are articulated, to fold the chair. A releasable coupling can be included, between the front and the rear arm sections, where, when the coupling is released, the chair is folded.

  • Patent number: 10821237
Abstract: A pen needle assembly (10) includes a pen needle (12) with a hub body (16) having a needle shield (28) that covers a needle (26) and can be retracted to expose the needle during injection and return to the extended position after use and locked in the extended position. A spring (56) is provided to rotate the needle shield after use to a locked position. A locking member (84) can be provided on the needle shield that cooperates with the hub body (16) to prevent rotation after use. An attachment mechanism (38) for the pen needle provides a sensory indication when a needle-bearing hub body (16) is seated on a pen and limits further rotation of the pen needle relative to the delivery device.

  • Patent number: 9948838
Abstract: Disclosed is a magnifier that is adapted to rest upon a table. The magnifier includes an articulated camera arm that permits an associated camera to be pointed in a number of different directions. This permits the camera to focus upon, and enlarge, both distant and nearby objects. The magnifier also includes pivotal support legs. The legs have a first locked position to support the magnifier upon a table and a second position wherein the legs are locked in position adjacent the housing of the magnifier. This permits the magnifier to be readily transportable and stowable to accommodate the needs of the user.

  • Patent number: 9808130
Abstract: The invention describes a cleaning system in the form of a mitt having cleaning pads attached by reversible fastening means so that pads may be electively and consecutively attached, removed, or replaced. Furthermore, the invention provides a means for introducing, retaining, dispensing, and distributing a fluid, such as water or a liquid cleaning product, so that a removable pad may be irrigated with a regulated dose of fluid prior to use. The invention also describes a cooperative enclosure that can store a plurality of cleaning pads. Features of the compatible enclosure serve to physically guide the body of the mitt into alignment with a replacement pad.
