    Abstract: A screening tube 1 having a stored state and a deployed state. The tube 1 is self supporting when in the deployed state and is collapsible from the deployed state to the stored state. The tube 1 comprises a flexible tubular sheet 15 that defines a screened space within the bore of the tube 1. The tube 1 may comprise walls. The screening tube 1 may be provided with a coil 13 to support the walls 15 of the tube when the tube 1 is in the deployed state.
