    Abstract: The method and system described herein automatically directs a user's posts or requests for assistance to the appropriate organization responsible for responding to or addressing the incident reported, as based on that user's location and the location of the appropriate organization. A query of a database of organizations, categorized by location and purpose, determines the appropriate organization relevant to a user's location and incident type and generates a full report for review as geolocated on a map with the associated multi-media content. The method and system can also send an automatic message from an organization to a specific user in response to such user's post or request for assistance and establish a two-way communication between the user and the assigned organization based on the foregoing.
