Abstract: This invention is directed to a method of creating a PXLgram using a programmable device connected to a video display, comprising the steps of: creating an image library, wherein at least one image is stored; selecting one image to be an overlay image; setting the scale; selecting one or more images to be grid images; creating a grid having tiles arranged in rows and columns; populating each tile of the grid with one of the grid images; overlaying the grid of grid images with the overlay image; and assigning a degree of transparency for the overlay image. Another aspect of this invention is a website that allows users to create PXLgrams, which can be used in advertisements. The invention is also directed to the rapid transmission of a library of images in a very short period of time, and that can manipulated in to unique sets of images.
