  • Patent number: 11241636
Abstract: A toy vehicle includes at least a chassis, a front wheel base, and a suspension system. The suspension system adjustably secures the front wheel base to the chassis in a manner that provides two operational modes. In a first mode of the two operational modes, the front wheel base is freely, resiliently supported below the chassis. In a second mode of the two operational modes, the front wheel base is selectively posable by a user over a range of orientations for different types of vehicle mobility. The suspension system retains poses when the toy vehicle is operating in the second mode.

  • Publication number: 20200101394
Abstract: A toy vehicle with an adjustable chassis is disclosed. The toy vehicle comprises a chassis having a left frame rail and a right frame rail. Each of the left and right frame rails is moveable between a first position and a second position. One or more wheels are attached to each of the left and right frame rails and a vehicle body is mounted onto the chassis. Moving the left and right frame rails to their first positions results in the left and right frame rails moving toward each other and toward the vehicle body. Moving the left and right frame rails to their second positions results in the left and right frame rails moving away from each other and away from the vehicle body.

  • Publication number: 20180229137
Abstract: A toy vehicle playset includes a track portion, a repositionable lever, an actuator, and a repositionable engagement member. The repositionable lever is disposed adjacent to the track portion, where the repositionable lever is repositionable between a first position and a second position. The actuator and the engagement member are disposed on the track portion, with the engagement member being disposed proximate to the actuator. The engagement member is operatively coupled to the repositionable lever and the actuator. When the repositionable lever is in the first position, the engagement member remains unengaged with a toy vehicle as the toy vehicle travels over the track portion and engages the actuator. However, when the repositionable lever is in the second position, engagement of the actuator by the toy vehicle traveling over the track portion causes the engagement member to engage and flip the toy vehicle.

  • Patent number: 9586154
Abstract: A toy racetrack having an obstacle that is moved into and out of the path of a toy vehicle travelling along the racetrack is provided. The racetrack includes a closed loop track and may include a booster mechanism for propelling a toy vehicle along the track. The obstacle may be formed by a movable web or net with an opening that can be used to catch a toy vehicle traveling along the track. A support tower is located adjacent the track, and an obstacle carrier, optionally including an action figure, is movably mounted to the support tower. The figure holds the net, and the figure and net are movable between a raised position and a lowered position. When the net is in its lowered position, a toy vehicle traveling along the track is captured by the net when the net is manually positioned in a capture position.

  • Patent number: 8734201
Abstract: A toy vehicle racetrack is provided with one or more obstacle pairs. The obstacle pairs may be arranged in a geometrical progression and each obstacle pair may determine the relative positions of two toy vehicles and impede the travel of the trailing vehicle. Impeding the travel of the trailing vehicle may be accomplished by ejecting the trailing toy vehicle from the track.

  • Patent number: 7594843
Abstract: A toy comprises a housing connected with a launcher to rotate and launch an object. The launcher comprises a driving element to form a drive connection with a receiving element on the object. The launcher is connected with a launcher rotating system, which imparts a rotary movement to the launcher. When the launcher ceases to accelerate the object, the receiving element disengages from the drive connection and launches the object. An interactive device is attached with the housing to increase stimulation and enjoyment. The interactive device operates in conjunction with spinning and launching the object from the toy such that it provides an output in response to a user imparting a rotary motion to the object. Non-limiting examples of such interactive devices include an electronic game, gauges, and a sound-producing mechanism.
