Embodiments of the UHP cutting device have a UHP tube with a top end and a bottom end opposite the top end, the UHP tube defining a lumen for receiving UHP fluid, a static mount for securing the cutting device to the elongate body, a rotatable mount rotatably connected to the static mount, a radially adjustable support member for adjusting a distance of the UHP tube to the elongate body, the radially adjustable support member being connected adjacent to the top end of the UHP tube and the rotatable mount, a drive in operational communication with the rotatable mount for rotating the rotatable mount during operation of the cutting device, and a cutter head in fluid communication with the UHP line.
