Abstract: A floor sweeper for the collection of debris from a surface which comprises a handle pivotatably attached to a body have top and side portions and a open bottom containing at least two sets of wheels, at least one roller brush and one or more collection receptacles. At least segment of the top portion of the body contains is formed of a transparent material, such that a window or similar structure is provided for the sweeper user to observe the function of the sweeper or the amount and type of debris accumulated therein.

Abstract: A collar for a vacuum cleaner bag having a user operated closure, the collar being formed from a blank of relatively rigid material and folded to define first and second full outer panels and a partial inner panel, the partial inner panel being adhesively secured to the first and second full outer panels and having an occlusion element attached by weak retention bands of collar blank material and the occlusion element further contains a detachable pivot and a partial aperture cut-out, and the first and second full panels contain apertures which are aligned with the partial aperture of the occlusion element, such that the occlusion element pivots on the detachable pivot from an open position to a closed position, occluding the apertures on the first and second outer panels.

Abstract: A user closable collar for a vacuum cleaner bag, the collar body being formed from a single blank of relatively rigid material which is folded to define three generally overlapping and planar panels, a middle panel having fixed raceway element which is adhesively secured to a first outer panel and a second outer panel, each of the outer panels having openings or apertures. A slider element is securely attached to the raceway element during the assembly process by retention bands of collar blank material and has containing an aperture thereon which is aligned with the apertures of the outer panels when in a closed position. The retention bands of collar material are cut through one of the outer panels, releasing the slider element such the slider element can be moved by a user from an open position to a closed position causing the apertures of said first and second outer panels to be occluded.
