The refrigeration device is configured to be positioned in the enclosure and retain perishable medical supplies at a lowered temperature. The power system is configured to power the refrigeration device and includes a number of batteries configured to directly power the refrigeration device, a genset configured to charge the plurality of batteries, and a solar array configured to charge the plurality of batteries.
