Abstract: Disclosed is a computer implemented Collaboration Catalyst Machine that generates supply forces and demand forces on the stimulus side and response side of user collaboration on one or more communication platforms; generating controllable collaborative magnetism between collaborators, organizations and their priorities; said collaborative magnetism influencing the focus, timing, quality, amount, consistency, and balance of collaboration without mandating the location, structure or sequence of collaboration. Collaborative Magnetism is created by digitally combining: participatory priorities, participants, acts of participation modulated into stimulus and response influence classifications, digital content from one or more communication platforms, statistical and comparative influence analysis, and participatory expectations representing employer sentiment.
