The anchoring base is a structural support that can be mounted to various surfaces or objects through a base fastener. The anchoring base can receive a portable device and can be attached to the anchoring base through the interconnecting fastener. With a beverage container fastened within the anchoring base, a user can attach or detach the beverage container to various surfaces or objects through the anchoring base.
