This system is designed to prevent the climbing facility from becoming obstructed while maintaining the integrity of the fall arrest cable system and protection of the technician from a potential hazard. The system is secured to the tower or existing and future appurtenances via brackets and clamps and is adaptable to varying types of structures and appurtenances.
