  • Publication number: 20250199606
Abstract: A technique for providing user selection includes obtaining first sensor data from a first device worn on a head, and obtaining second sensor data from a second device worn on the head. The first and second sensor data are collected in a same time frame. A head position is determined for the head based on the first sensor data and the second sensor data. User input is received based on an input gesture. In response to the user input, an object in the local environment is identified based on the head position and selection input.

  • Patent number: 12291639
Abstract: This disclosure concerns electrically conducting poly(pyrazoles). The concept of oligomerizing and polymerizing substituted aminopyrazole derivatives combined with a monomer activation procedure involving base-mediated conversion of the protonated pyrazole ring nitrogen to amine salt was developed. This disclosure concerns the specific chemistries needed for the synthesis of a pyrazole monomer used in the polymer synthesis. The procedure used for blending the novel polypyrazoles with other compounds needed for construction of solar cells for testing was developed. This disclosure concerns the concept of using these types of heteroatom-rich, electron-deficient oligomers or polymers as n-dopable or p-dopable electron acceptors in photovoltaic cells. This disclosure concerns synthesizing the starting monomer compounds and polypyrazoles.

  • Publication number: 20250106506
Abstract: Methods and apparatus for camera focusing for video passthrough devices. Gaze information from a gaze tracking subsystem, either alone or along with depth information from a depth tracking system, may be leveraged to determine depths at which to focus. Gaze information, or a combination of depth and gaze information, may be used. As an alternative, the user can manually control the focus distance. For example, a manual bifocal method may provide two focus distances (near focus and far focus.

  • Publication number: 20240415802
Abstract: A novel method of treating diseases characterized by high PAI-1 is presented. Administering a composition comprising a therapeutically effective amount of genistein was found to inhibit PAI-1 promotor activity and decrease PAI-1 levels to treat diseases such as asthma, which exhibit increased PAI-1 levels. Genotyping the patient can be performed prior to administration to detect a 4G/5G polymorphism as patients having a 4G genotype have better response to the genistein treatment. The composition may be comprised of a therapeutically effective amount of genistein derived naturally from soybeans or synthetically produced and optionally present in nanoparticle form.

  • Publication number: 20240403827
Abstract: A control system for a warehouse includes a controller to control fulfillment activities of the warehouse and to issue multiplicity values for each SKU velocity class (SVC), such that each product is decanted into a selected quantity of totes for storage. The controller controls the SVC multiplicities and records operational data corresponding to the storage and fulfillment activities. The system includes an inference module which includes an SKU multiplicity control. The inference module issues a multiplicity value recommendation for each SVC to the controller when live data is received from a current state storage. The recommendation is defined by the SKU multiplicity control with respect to the live data. A training module retrains the SKU multiplicity control using the operational data to retrain and update the SKU multiplicity control and retrains the SKU multiplicity control based upon priorities for optimal operation of the warehouse.
