A Lactic Acid composition comprises: about 10% Lactic Acid by volume, Sodium Lactate, Tocopheryl Acetate (Vitamin E Acetate) and a cream base. For scenting Lavender Oil and/or Tea Tree Oil may be added. The Lactic Acid topical composition has a pH of 4.2 to 5 and more preferably 4.5 to 4.8 to enhance the effectiveness of the Lactic Acid topical composition.
