    Abstract: A cooker, such as a smoker or grill, has an accessory mount secured thereto, such as to a backwall. The accessory mount includes a mounting plate with accessory mount openings that is secured to the cooker by mounting flanges offset from the mounting plate. Accessory mount flanges mount are positioned between the mounting flanges and the mounting plate and include accessory mounting features aligned with the accessory mount openings. An accessory includes rods inserted through the accessory mount openings and engaged with the accessory mounting features. The rods may have a widened end positioned between the accessory mount flanges and mounting flanges.
