Abstract: There is shown in embodiments of a closure mechanism configured to fit over the top of the can and prevent access. The closure mechanism is a child resistant senior friendly mechanism that can be opened and removed by the senior when access to the can is desired. The closure mechanism is designed for a single use as once removed it will no longer prevent access of the top of the can.

Abstract: In one embodiment there is provided a child-resistant container assembly. The assembly includes a bottle with a dispensing mechanism and a collar. The dispensing mechanism draws and ejects a liquid out of the bottle when the actuator is pressed down. To unlock the container, the collar is pressed downwardly and then turned to unlock the dispensing mechanism.

The cap has an internal surface with a mid-section projection to cooperatively rest on an upper ledge of the bottle neck. At least one raised pad is positioned between the upper ledge of the bottle and the underneath side surface of the mid-section projection such that when the cap is positioned on the neck of the bottle, the at least one raised pad creates a ventilation gap permitting a scent of a substance contained in the well of the bottle an escape path between the upper ledge of the bottle and the underneath side surface of the mid-section projection and then around the threads to under the bottom surface edge of the cap.

Abstract: In one embodiment there is provided a closed non-refillable dispenser having a bottle configured to hold a liquid with a neck surrounding an opening for access to the liquid, and having a pump assembly fitted to the neck to manually pump liquid out of the bottle. The dispenser further having a closure cap fitted over the neck of the bottle and having a central closure opening to receive the pump assembly and a collar seated entirely over the closure cap. The collar and closure cap have corresponding engaging means configured to tighten the closure cap onto the neck when the collar is rotated clockwise and the collar being further configured to not engage the closure cap when the collar is rotated counter-clockwise, such that the closure cap is non-removably affixed to the bottle, thereby preventing the bottle from being refillable.

When the overcap is removed the substance can be poured into the overcap and wherein the funnel adapter is configured for removable from the spout adapter and fitted into the overcap such that the substance in the overcap is pourable through the funnel adapter.
