    Abstract: An orthopedic instrument (10) for a knee arthroplasty, the instrument including: a base (12) having one or more paddles (36) configured to seat against and reference one or both of a medial condyle and a lateral condyle of a femur; a body (14) linked to the base for rotation relative thereto, wherein the body includes a recess and slot therein and a first indicia (24) along a first face of the body adjacent the slot; a post (20) received in the recess and moveable relative to the body, wherein the post has a second indicia (28) used with the first indicia to determine a posterior size of the femur; and an adjustment mechanism (18) having a third indicia (30) to indicate a rotation of the femur, wherein the adjustment mechanism is configured to rotate the body relative to the base to a desired orientation based upon the rotation of the femur.

The air blown fiber tube is formed from a cross-linked polyolefin (preferably cross-linked high density polyethylene) comprising at least one non-polymer filler material having a coefficient of thermal expansion less than the coefficient of thermal expansion of said tube.
