The cryogenic delivery and control system is supplied by an external cryogen supply reservoir, connected to a wet compartment which is in close communication to a man occupied dry compartment or chamber. The inhabited chamber of the present invention is used for cryogenically based, frigid atmosphere, on the order of about ?100° to about ?160° C., for the cooling and conditioning of living bodies.
