Publication number: 20250130037Abstract: 3D metrology techniques are disclosed for determining a changing topography of a substrate processed in an additive manufacturing system. Techniques include fringe scanning, simultaneous fringe projections, interferometry, and x-ray imaging. The techniques can be applied to 3D printing systems to enable rapid topographical measurements of a 3D printer powder bed, or other rapidly moving, nearly continuous surface to be tested. The techniques act in parallel to the system being measured to provide information about system operation and the topography of the product being processed. A tool is provided for achieving higher precision, increasing throughput, and reducing the cost of operation through early detection and diagnosis of operating problems and printing defects. These techniques work well with any powder bed 3D printing system, providing real-time metrology of the powder bed, the most recently printed layer, or both without reducing throughput.Type: ApplicationFiled: December 6, 2024Publication date: April 24, 2025Applicant: Nikon CorporationInventors: Eric Peter Goodwin, Heather Lynn Durko, Daniel Gene Smith, Johnathan Agustin Marquez, Michael Birk Binnard, Patrick Shih Chang, Matthew Parker-McCormick Bjork, Paul Derek Coon, Brett William Herr, Motofusa Ishikawa

Publication number: 20250122784Abstract: A pumping system deployed in a wellbore is designed for producing two-phase fluids through production tubing to a wellhead, while protecting downhole tubulars and equipment from corrosive gases from the wellbore. The pumping system includes a pump, a gas separator upstream from the pump, a packer above the pump, and a gas evacuation module between the pump and the packer. The packer blocks the movement of gases through the annular space and forms a gas collection space between the packer and the pump. The gas evacuation module is configured to remove gas from the gas collection space and mix the gas with liquid-dominant fluids received from the pump. The gas separator includes an intake configured to receive the two-phase fluids, a gas discharge configured to eject gas-dominant fluids into the annular space, and a liquid discharge configured to provide the pump with liquid-dominant fluids.Type: ApplicationFiled: October 11, 2023Publication date: April 17, 2025Applicant: Baker Hughes Oilfield Operations LLCInventors: Kyle Stephens, Brett Williams, Hui Gao

Publication number: 20240428300Abstract: In some implementations, a system may identify one or more account identifiers associated with a user identifier. Each account identifier may be associated with one or more categories each representing a type of interaction of one or more interactions associated with the account identifier. A respective interaction amount may be associated with each interaction. The system may determine, for each category, a total category amount that is a sum of interaction amounts for interactions in a particular category occurring within a particular time frame. The system may transmit user interface (UI) data associated with a multi-tab UI element including a plurality of tabs corresponding to the plurality of categories. Each tab may be associated with benefits information related to a category corresponding to that tab. A first tab, corresponding to a category having a highest total category amount, may be presented in a particular position in the multi-tab UI element.Type: ApplicationFiled: September 10, 2024Publication date: December 26, 2024Inventors: Thomas DOHAN, II, Erik Jay Salazar DE LEON, Xiang LAN, Min Jung KIM, Brett William BISHOP, John HEINER

Publication number: 20240360841Abstract: Multistage centrifugal pumping systems include a plurality of pump stages contained within a pump housing. Each stage typically includes a stationary diffuser and a rotatable impeller. Each of the diffusers includes a projection and a receiver that cooperate with the corresponding projection and receiver on adjacent diffusers to form a nested relationship between the diffusers that prevents the diffusers from rotating inside the pump housing. The projections have a projection outer surface with a non-circular shape. The receivers include a receiver inner surface with a complementary non-circular shape. The engagement between the non-circular projection outer surface and the non-circular receiver inner surface locks the adjacent receivers in fixed rotational alignment.Type: ApplicationFiled: April 27, 2023Publication date: October 31, 2024Applicant: Baker Hughes Oilfield Operations LLCInventors: Kyle Stephens, Brett Williams

Patent number: 11777378Abstract: A motor apparatus includes a multi-lane permanent magnet synchronous motor having at least two sets of phase windings, and a control circuit. The control circuit selectively connects a first direct current power source to the motor phase windings of a first set of the motor phasing windings to form a first lane. The control circuit may also selectively connect a second direct current power source to the motor phase windings of a second set of the motor phasing windings to form a second lane. The control circuit may cause current to flow in the motor that meets a current demand from a current demand circuit.
