Abstract: An apparatus, system, and method for fluorescence imaging with stray light reduction is described. The system including a light source to provide a first illumination of a scene to induce fluorescence from the scene, an image sensor to capture a fluorescence image of the scene during the first illumination, and a controller coupled to the light source, the image sensor, and memory that includes instructions that when executed by the controller causes the system to perform operations. The operations including comparing a first color channel value to a second color channel value of a given pixel included in the fluorescence image to identify one or more pixels of the fluorescence image as being affected by stray light. The operations further including generating a stray light image mask based, at least in part, on the one or more pixels of the fluorescence image identified as being affected by the stray light.

Abstract: A pump assembly for a pump dispenser, the pump assembly comprises a cap having a housing and a spout, a collar, a sleeve, and a dip tube. The sleeve is at least partially positioned within the collar and comprises a coupling member. The coupling member comprises a shoulder, a coupling joint, and a coupling member channel extending from the shoulder to the coupling joint. The dip tube has a first end and an opposing second end, and defines a dip tube channel extending from the first end to the second end. The first end of the dip tube is configured to pivotally couple to the coupling joint and fluidly connect the dip tube channel and the coupling member channel. The dip tube channel comprises a first diameter at the first end and second diameter at the second end that is different than the first diameter.

Abstract: A vacuum system that includes a planter frame. A row unit bracket couples to the planter frame. A fan couples to the planter frame and draws air through a row unit. An exhaust duct extends through the row unit bracket. The exhaust duct couples to the fan and discharges airflow from the fan towards the ground.

Abstract: Mattress assemblies and pillows are provided that include a flexible biosensor array provided on a layer of the mattress assembly for sensing an electrical conductivity associated with sweat emitted from an end user of the mattress assembly and producing an ionic concentration of at least one electrolyte; and a processor connected to the flexible biosensor array for interpreting the ionic concentration of the at least one electrolyte. Also disclosed are processes for monitoring and analyzing sweat from an end user of the mattress assemblies and pillows.

Abstract: A system for conveying a fluid produced from at least one producing subsea well to an existing host facility via a flowline includes a support structure having at least a deck, a mooring system, and a plurality of topsides modules. The mooring system anchors the support structure to a seabed and passively positions the support structure proximate to the at least one producing subsea well. The support structure elevates the deck above a water's surface and is normally unmanned. The plurality of topsides modules are disposed on the deck. The topsides modules include at least: a power generation module; a switchgear module a flowline heating module; a chemical injection module; a water injection module; a subsea control module; and a control module that communicates with a remote command center.

Abstract: The present invention relates to antisense oligonucleotides that are capable of modulating expression of MYH7 in a target cell. The oligonucleotides hybridize to MYH7 mRNA. The present invention further relates to conjugates of the oligonucleotide and pharmaceutical compositions and methods for treatment of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy using the oligonucleotide.

For example, a customer of a cellular network that owns or operates cellular devices can use the technologies described herein to control how cellular network data travels through the cellular network, including associated network connections and network equipment, before ultimately reaching the customer's network. In some implementations, the data path is controlled at each of a plurality of stages. For example, control can be applied at the mobile operator stage (e.g., to control which mobile operator the cellular device connects to), at the home subscriber server (HSS) stage, at the proxy stage, and/or at the packet data network gateway (PGW) stage.

Abstract: A method by one or more computing devices for detecting application user anomalies in audit logs of database operations performed on one or more databases. The method includes obtaining a first audit log of database operations, wherein the first audit log indicates (1) which application users of an application caused which of the database operations to be performed and (2) which functions of the application caused which of the database operations to be performed, generating, for each of the application users indicated in the first audit log, a profile of that application user that indicates which of the functions that application user is expected to touch, and detecting an anomaly in response to a determination that a second audit log indicates that an application user touched a function that is not one of the functions indicated in the profile of the application user.

Abstract: A seed conduit defining a first end and a second end. The first end couples to a storage container and the second end to a planter shoe. The seed conduit includes a first flange coupled to and extending away from the second end of the seed conduit. The first flange extends into a gap defined by the planter shoe to deliver product from the storage container to a trench. The seed conduit includes a first support rib coupled to the first flange.

Abstract: An issuer client of a service provider establishes a trusted, private, and cryptographically secured connection with a wallet application of a user through a cloud-based agent and provides credential information to the wallet application via the private connection. The credential information is encrypted using a public key of the wallet application dedicated for the private connection with the cloud-based agent. Upon receiving the encrypted credential information, the wallet application decrypts it using a private key to obtain the credential information. The cloud-based agent digitally signs the credential information using a private key of the issuer client, which can be verified by a public key of the issuer client stored in a public identity ledger.

Abstract: Technologies are described for restricting access within a cellular telecommunications environment. For example, the technologies described herein can be used to allow cellular devices to connect to cellular networks even when the cellular networks are disallowed. However, the connections to cellular networks that are disallowed can be handled differently from connections to cellular networks that are allowed. For example, when a cellular device is allowed to connect to a disallowed cellular network, the connection can be directed to a particular packet data network gateway (PGW), such as a blocked PGW.

Abstract: A method by one or more runtime agents protecting a web application for capturing contextual information for data accesses. The method includes determining first metadata associated with a web application layer request sent by a web application firewall to the web application, determining second metadata associated with the web application layer request based on information available to the web application, serializing the first metadata and the second metadata to generate serialized metadata, and adding the serialized metadata to a database query that is to be submitted by the web application to the database server, wherein execution of the database query that includes the serialized metadata by the database server is to cause the database activity monitor to store the serialized metadata and third metadata associated with the database query determined by the database activity monitor in a data storage.

Abstract: A cable includes a wiring assembly with a knuckle and wires bundled together. The cable also includes a connector assembly with a connector having connections for the wires, where the connections are arranged along a longitudinal axis. In some embodiments, the connector assembly captures an end of the wiring assembly, and the knuckle of the wiring assembly is pivotally connected to the connector assembly. In some embodiments, the cable includes circuitry configured to authenticate the cable to a device connected to the cable by the connector and/or to authenticate the device connected to the cable. A control system includes control elements and/or subsystems coupled with a backplane adjacent to one another and cables configured to connect to the control elements and/or subsystems. Wiring assemblies of the cables can articulate to be parallel to each respective connector. Further, each cable can authenticate the cables and/or the control elements or subsystems.

Abstract: A method for detecting anomalies in audit logs of database operations performed on databases. The method includes obtaining a first audit log of database operations performed on one or more databases, generating, for each of a plurality of attribute values associated with a designated attribute appearing in the first audit log, a profile of that attribute value that indicates expected attribute characteristics of one or more attributes when that attribute value is associated with the designated attribute, obtaining a second audit log of further database operations performed on the one or more databases, and detecting an anomaly responsive to a determination that a log entry in the second audit log includes an attribute value associated with the designated attribute but attributes in the log entry deviate from the expected attribute characteristics of the one or more attributes indicated by the profile of the attribute value associated with the designated attribute.
