    Abstract: The present invention relates to system and methodology to facilitate context determination of operation of a user device. Based upon the context determination information can be adjusted dynamically to enable all or part of the information to be displayed on the user device in a manner consistent with the determined context. A plurality of monitoring devices provide data regarding operation of the user device. The data can be analyzed to generate a context score from which operation of the user device can be accordingly conducted. Operation of the user device can facilitate inference of current activity, location, etc., of a user operating or employing the user device.

    Abstract: An on-board monitoring system in conjunction with a mobile device can be employed to gather real-time information regarding how a vehicle is being operated by the owner of the mobile device. The mobile device has information stored thereon that allows the user to be identified by the on-board monitoring system. The real-time information is forwarded to a remote insurance provider system that, based upon the gathered real-time information, determines an insurance rate. The determined insurance rate can be transmitted to the owner allowing them to see how their driving style is affecting their insurance rate and can adjust their driving style accordingly.

Allowing companies to bid on the specific instances allows for increased competition and lower cost than current blanket solutions.
