  • Publication number: 20240326934
Abstract: An idler for a tracked machine may include a unitary hub and a substantially unitary disk-shaped web centered on the hub and extending radially outward from the hub to an outer cylindrical edge. The idler may also include an outer rim arranged proximate the outer cylindrical edge and extending laterally relative to the disk-shaped web. The outer rim may include a raised portion flanked by a pair of lower ledges, the raised portion and the pair of lower ledges having a cross-sectional profile configured for engagement by a link assembly of a track system.

  • Patent number: 12049266
Abstract: A track roller shaft comprises a body including a revolved surface defining an axis of rotation, a radial direction, and a circumferential direction disposed about the axis of rotation. The body also defines a proximate axial end disposed along the axis of rotation, a radially extending hole that is disposed axially adjacent to the proximate axial end, and a guide member receiving pocket disposed axially farther away from the proximate axial end than the radially extending hole.

  • Publication number: 20230365206
Abstract: An idler wheel includes a hub, an outer rim, and a pair of side plates that form an interior cavity extending radially between the outer rim (110) and the hub, and axially between the pair of side plates. The first side plate defines a maximum side plate axial thickness disposed radially next to the hub in a cross-sectional plane containing a radial direction, and an axis of rotation, as well as a minimum side plate thickness disposed radially next to the outer rim. A ratio of the maximum thickness to the minimum thickness ranges from 1.325 to 1.900.

  • Patent number: 11572113
Abstract: A track roller rim is disclosed. The track roller rim may include an outer member including an annular configuration defining an axis of rotation, a radial direction, and a circumferential direction disposed about the axis of rotation, where the outer member has an inner circumference, an outer circumference, a first axial end disposed along the axis of rotation, and a second axial end disposed along the axis of rotation. The track roller rim may include a first annular inner member, where the first annular inner member is interference fit within the inner circumference of the outer member at the first axial end. The track roller rim may include a second annular inner member, where the second annular inner member is interference fit within the inner circumference of the outer member at the second axial end.
