  • Patent number: 9308340
Abstract: An endotracheal tube holder is provided. The tube holder allows adjustment of the position of an endotracheal tube during use. In some embodiments the tube holder comprises a body portion, wherein the body portion is elongated and comprises an elongated opening. The tube holder also comprises a tube grasping mechanism and an attachment mechanism for adjustably securing the tube grasping mechanism to the body portion. The attachment mechanism comprises a rod member configured to pass through the elongated opening, a widened proximal body connected to a proximal end of the rod member; and a widened distal body attached to a distal end of the rod member, having a size that prevents the widened distal body from passing through the elongated opening to secure the attachment mechanism to the body portion.

  • Publication number: 20130153615
Abstract: The disclosed golf cart club rack comprises two parallel shelves forming a frame that can be attached to the carry bag frame of a motorised golf cart to accommodate two player's golf clubs and accessories. The two shelves have notched cavities to hold the maximum number of clubs a golfer may legally carry during a round of golf. The cavities hold the clubs securely in position whilst offering easy access and visibility for removal and replacement during a round of golf. The golf cart club rack is moulded to hold and secure both right hand and left hand golf clubs. The golf cart club rack has provision to carry golf accessories required during a round, including individual locations for tees, balls, club brush, ball retriever and umbrella, as well as provision for a separate accessory box. The rack can also be fitted with a club lock for added security.

  • Publication number: 20040243635
Abstract: The invention comprises a system, method, and software for selectable, inverse hierarchical management and archival storage of multi-resolution images on multiple storage media for faster access and rendering of the images for electronic and/or print reproduction and distribution. Digital images typically acquired by scanning in Full Resolution (FR) size are organized into logical groups, or rolls. Smaller Screen Size (SCR), Preview (PV), and Thumbnail (TN) size proxy images are created, ranked by resolution, hierarchically and inversely stored with the smaller, lower resolution image files on the fastest media (hard drives) and higher resolution files on the slowest storage/retrieval media (optical or tape drives). This significantly improves effective image density and speeds on screen image retrieval and rendering.
