Abstract: Systems and methods for forecasting commercial real estate lease rent rates are disclosed. Exemplary embodiments receive a series of independent variables that represent attributes of a specific commercial real estate property, scale and normalize the series of independent variables, and assemble the scaled and normalized series of independent variables. Weightings may be applied to the assembled scaled and normalized series of independent variables to predict a rental rate for the specific commercial real estate property.
