  • Patent number: 9522408
Abstract: The present invention relates to an edger adapted to be used with a spray wand to clean an edge of a hard surface in contact with a lawn. The edger includes a single piece plate that extends vertically from the hard surface. The single piece plate having a short side forming a first angle with a large side, a first hole formed at the larger side, a wheel secured to the plate, a second hole formed on the short side, and a coupler. The spray wand is adapted to be connected to the second end of the coupler. In a working position, the single piece plate engages the vertical side of the edge and slides through a channel formed between the lawn and the vertical side of the edge as the wheel rolls on top of the hard surface.

  • Publication number: 20140117782
Abstract: A system, kit and/or device is provided for replacing mechanical actuators with touch-less actuators in a 2-wire automatic door system. The system, kit and/or device includes a sensor module connectable to power and the motor and control for the door, and one or more touch-less switches each configured for electrical connection with the sensor module via two wires. The sensor module is operable to sense change in current by the touch-less switches, caused by actuation thereof to send a signal to the door motor and control for opening the door. The module conditions the voltage to give +12 volts to each of two touch-less switches. Current in each touch-less switch is one current for idle or another current when activated. This difference in current is sensed at the sensor module through the two wires. When the extra current is sensed a control signal to open the door is sent to the door motor control.

  • Publication number: 20070271908
Abstract: An exhaust emission control system that provides on-board ammonia generation includes a valve disposed upstream of the LNT and SCR catalyst that operates to selectively control the flow of engine exhaust gas to an LNT and/or an SCR catalyst; while reformate fuel is being conveyed from a reformer to the LNT, the valve operates to cause the exhaust gas to bypass the LNT and flow directly to the SCR catalyst. The exhaust emission control system further includes a controller provided with an algorithm that monitors engine operating conditions and exhaust gas conditions, estimates the cumulative amount of exhaust gas created by the engine and the amount of NOx stored in the LNT, and calculates the amount of NOx required to be converted to NH3.

  • Publication number: 20030051922
Abstract: A three cone roller bit with rolling cone cutters that are provided with both primary and secondary cutting elements. The primary cutting elements extend outwardly from lands on the outer surface of the cutter body. The secondary cutting elements are disposed within grooves on the cutter body so as to either protrude with its cutting surface from the bottom of the groove or be flush or slightly recessed within it. During normal operation, the primary cutter elements of the rolling cone cutters engage the borehole formation. The secondary cutters do not engage the formation. After substantial wear has occurred to the primary cutter elements, and wear begins to occur to the body of the cone cutters, the secondary cutter elements serve as a secondary cutting structure that engages and cuts into the formation.
