The computing system receives one or more rules associated with a manufacturer system associated with the pharmaceutical to be prescribed to the patient. The computing system generates a variable copay program for the patient. The variable copay program includes a variable amount of copay assistance for each fill of the pharmaceutical to be prescribed to the patient. The computing system generates a table accessible to one or more third party systems, wherein the table comprises the variable copay program.
