Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure include a method that accesses various portions of data related to an event in which a user was involved. The method further determines, for the event, which informatory elements related to the event meet at least a minimum significance threshold. The method next presents to the user, via a graphical user interface, one or more informational prompts associated with the event to obtain supporting information related to those informatory elements associated with the event that were determined to meet the minimum significance threshold. The method also generates a digital data structure that includes at least a portion of dynamically written language related to the event and further includes at least a portion of the supporting information received from the user in response to the informational prompts. Abstract: A computerized method for collecting subrogation in a personal injury case, comprising using a computer network that includes servers, processors, databases, and software to facilitate the establishment of a contractual relationship between a health plan provider and a legal entity acting as a subrogation collection entity; and using the computer network to facilitate the establishment of a contractual relationship between the health plan provider and a constituent of a health plan offered by the health plan provider, wherein the health plan includes access by the constituent of the health plan to personal injury legal services offered by the legal entity acting as a subrogation collection entity at no cost or reduced low cost to the constituent of the health plan.

Abstract: Embodiments are directed to a tug-toy tooth brush. In one example, the tug-toy tooth brush includes a structural frame that provides support for at least one sliding element. The structural frame includes channels that guide the sliding element while sliding within the structural frame. The sliding element is configured to slide from a first position to a second position within the structural frame. The sliding element includes bristles that extrude through the structural frame. The tug-toy tooth brush also includes at least one handle attached to a distal end of the sliding element, where the handle is configured for travel through the structural frame.
