  • Publication number: 20070039464
Abstract: A dry gas production system for supplying dry gas to a pressurized space, such as an underground conduit or an aerial cable. The dry gas production system may include a modular enclosure that has a removable support to which multiple dry gas production modules are mounted. The support may be a mobile rack wheeled inside the enclosure and likewise removed from the enclosure while supporting the dry gas production modules. The dry gas production system may include multiple dry gas production modules that are operated as required to meet the dry gas demand for the pressurized space. The module compressor may include a variable frequency drive for driving the compressor motor at different speeds and may optionally include a mount with vibration isolation.

  • Publication number: 20050197962
Abstract: The invention provides a centralized, inbound/outbound communications system that enables communication between one or more entities and one or more users via one or more communication channels. In one embodiment, the multi-channel communications system enables the one or more entities to provide one or more government functions to the one or more users. The multi-channel communications system may include a central data repository; an information module that interacts with the one or more entities and provides data regarding the one or more government functions to the central data repository; a presentation module that enables one or more user interfaces; and one or more communication modules that enable the receipt and transmission of data between the common access point and the one or more users in multiple formats across the one or more communication channels.

  • Publication number: 20050132356
Abstract: Described is a system and method in which software images including updates are provided as packages. The package is self-describing, thereby facilitating the replacement of only component parts of an image. A software build process maps operating system features (comprising files, metadata, configuration information and so forth) into the packages, and executable code is processed for relocation purposes. The final package includes a device manifest file that describes the package and conveys dependency information and information about the priority of settings (shadow data).

  • Publication number: 20050091219
Abstract: Described is a method and system a unified mechanism for storing device, application, and service state, as well as a rich notification brokerage architecture. Clients register with a notification broker to receive notifications for changes to state properties. When a registered state property changes, a notification broker determines which clients to notify of the state change and provides the client with a notification regarding the change. Clients may be notified whenever a state changes, when a state change meets a predetermined condition, or based on a schedule. An application may also be launched in response to a state change. An application programming interface (API) is provided that provides a unified way of accessing state change information across different components within the device.
