Abstract: Systems for and methods of providing secure access to and storing patient medical information are described. In accordance with one aspect a method is described as a method of providing secure access to stored medical information regarding at least one subject, comprising: accepting unique biometric information from a subject; accepting a command from a user for accessing at least a portion of a medical record associated with the subject, the subject's medical record identified using the subject's biometric information; accessing at least the portion of the medical record securely; and executing the user's command on at least the portion of the medical record.
