  • Patent number: 11133091
Abstract: A method, computer program product, and computing system for processing content concerning a plurality of patients using a CAC system to define one or more billing codes concerning a social habit status of one or more patients of the plurality of patients. The one or more billing codes concerning the social habit status of the one or more patients are provided to a user for review. Feedback is received from the user concerning the accuracy of the one or more billing codes. The feedback concerning the one or more billing codes is automatically processed to define one or more confidence scores. The CAC system is trained based, at least in part, upon the one or more confidence scores.

  • Patent number: 9288281
Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed for providing a common interface for communicating with multiple back-end services via a gateway application. In an example embodiment, a gateway application receives a first web service request and a second web service request. The first and second web service requests are generated by interactions with a graphical interface provided by the gateway application. The graphical interface can access a first service and a second service using different authentication protocols. The gateway application can respond to the first and second web service requests by executing a first function provided by the first service and a second function provided by the second service. Executing the first and second functions includes transmitting respective first and second service requests to the first and second services that are respective signed using a first authentication protocol for the first service and a second authentication protocol for the second service.

  • Patent number: 7066192
Abstract: The invention is a valve shut off device that is easy to install and remove. The valve shut off device has at least one sensor, a receiver a set of interchangeable adapters, and a motor unit. The motor unit is attached to a valve handle by an adapter, and the sensor can communicate to activate the motor. When the sensor detects a leaking substance, the motor unit is activated and turns the valve handle to the “off” position. The adapters allow easy installation and removal of the valve shut off device. Additionally, the adapters accommodate a variety of valves making the system universal. Among other things, the valve shut off device allows a property owner to be absent from his or her property without the risk of a leak causing extensive damage.

  • Patent number: 6611476
Abstract: An electronic watch has a help switch for switching between a help state and a non-help state, an input circuit for converting the state of the help switch into switch information, and a help information storage circuit for storing help information to be transferred to a user. A set information storage circuit stores a setting condition of the electronic watch. A help information selection circuit selects help information from the help information stored in the help information storage circuit in accordance with switch information from the input circuit and the setting condition stored in the set information storage circuit. A help information output circuit outputs the help information selected by the help information selection circuit. An indication drive circuit converts the help information outputted from the help information output circuit into an indication drive signal. An indicator indicates the indication drive signal of the indication drive circuit.

  • Patent number: 4267156
Abstract: In the process of desulfurizing flue gases in which an alkaline solution of sodium, such as sodium sulfite or sodium hydroxide, is contacted with gases in a scrubber to produce a sodium bisulfite solution, an improved method is provided for substantially reducing the time and equipment required to regenerate the sodium solution. In the method, a lime slurry stream and a sodium bisulfite stream are conflowed into a bifurcated mixing nozzle having a pair of converging inlets and a common outlet. The confluence of the streams in the nozzle creates turbulence which causes the lime slurry to react substantially instantaneously with the sodium bisulfite solution to regenerate the sodium solution which is recycled to the scrubber and a calcium sulfite precipitate which is filtered from the sodium solution and discarded.

  • Patent number: 4261962
Abstract: In the Double Alkali flue gas desulfurization process wherein sodium bisulfite is produced in a scrubber from the reaction of sulfur dioxide laden flue gases with an aqueous solution of sodium sulfite, the sodium sulfite is regenerated from the sodium bisulfite by reacting the same with a limestone slurry in a bifurcated mixing nozzle having a pair of converging inlets communicating with a common outlet. The reactants are flowed into the inlets at flow rates sufficient to produce turbulence in their zone of confluence in the nozzle to initiate a reaction which, although incomplete in the nozzle, proceeds at a rapid rate to completion after the mixed reactants leave the nozzle.
