Abstract: A portable table assembly for indoor and outdoor use is provided herein. The portable table assembly includes a half-wise foldable tabletop, three elongated horizontal rails, and a pair of parallel spaced end panels. The three elongated rails form slotted joints with the pair of parallel spaced end panels such that the rails traverse between and connect the pair of end panels. The tabletop rests atop the pair of end panels and two of the elongated rails to complete the portable table assembly. A do-it-yourself method and kit for manufacturing the portable tabletop assembly is also provided herein.
