Abstract: Provided herein is a financial management application and associated services specific to the parks and recreation sector. The application and/or services will allow organizations to more efficiently and accurately create and manage their budgets. Aspects of the inventions include providing a comprehensive cost recovery software tool specifically designed for the needs of a particular organization. The systems and method (i.e., utilities) provided herein are primarily designed for use by government and non-profit organizations in assessing the direct and indirect costs of operations for the services they provide to communities.
