Publication number: 20250213046Abstract: An apparatus for supporting a user includes a faceplate, an arm, a bridge, and a base. The bridge is rotatably attached to the faceplate to allow the faceplate to be pivotably adjusted. The bridge includes a hub with first and second hub bodies. Locking pins on the hub bodies slidingly engage pivot adjustment holes in first and second pivot adjustment rings. First and second buttons can be depressed to slide the hub bodies inwardly to separate the locking pins from the pivot adjustment holes to allow the hub to rotate, thereby allowing the faceplate to pivot. When the buttons are released, the hub bodies slide outwardly to insert the locking pins into the same or different pivot adjustment holes to prevent the hub from rotating.Type: ApplicationFiled: February 12, 2025Publication date: July 3, 2025Inventors: Michael Anthony DiSimoni Stone, Brian Edward Hack, Jurgen Paul Frasch

Patent number: 12273432Abstract: One or more bits of the destination MAC address indicate a number of times a reset event has occurred. These bits may be referred to as a generation number. The generation number in a destination MAC address is updated when a reset event occurs. In this way, frames issued by the sender prior to the reset may be distinguished from frames issued after the reset, since the destination MAC addresses in those frames will not match. In this way, the recipient device is protected from stale packets.Type: GrantFiled: September 30, 2022Date of Patent: April 8, 2025Assignee: GRAPHCORE LIMITEDInventors: Bjorn Dag Johnsen, Brian Edward Manula

Patent number: 12225111Abstract: Disclosed herein is a data storage device. A data port transmits data between a host computer system and the data storage device. A non-volatile storage medium stores encrypted user content data and a cryptography engine connected between the data port and the storage medium uses a cryptographic key to decrypt the encrypted user content data. Multiple manager device records each comprise a first key identical for each of the records, and a second key that different for each of the records. The controller generates an authorization request using the first key and receives a response to the request generated by a manager device. The response is specific to that manager device. The controller uses the response to locate the record; decrypts the located manager device record to obtain key data; and generates configuration data based on the key data to register the device.Type: GrantFiled: March 8, 2022Date of Patent: February 11, 2025Assignee: Sandisk Technologies, Inc.Inventors: Brian Edward Mastenbrook, John So, David Robert Arnold
