  • Patent number: 12072229
Abstract: In described examples, each node between adjacent capacitive elements of a stack of series-coupled capacitive elements is biased during a reset mode, where each of the capacitive elements includes piezoelectric material. A strain-induced voltage is generated across each of the capacitive elements. Each of the strain-induced voltages is combined to generate a piezoelectric-responsive output signal during a sensing mode at a time different from the time of the reset mode.

  • Patent number: 11393971
Abstract: An improved differential sensor and corresponding apparatus implementing same. The differential sensor includes a substrate, an amplifier coupled to the substrate, and a plurality of highly-matched piezoelectric capacitors formed onto the substrate. A first set of the highly-matched piezoelectric capacitors are electrically coupled to a non-inverting input of the amplifier, and a second set of the highly-matched piezoelectric capacitors are electrically coupled to an inverting input of the amplifier to form an open loop differential amplifier.

  • Patent number: 9262620
Abstract: A secure communication kit is disclosed. The secure communication kit may include a plurality of tangible security tokens; each security token storing one or more cryptographic keys and a group identifier. A first cryptographic key stored on each security token may correspond to one of the cryptographic key(s) stored on every of the other security tokens. The group identifier stored on each security token may correspond to each group identifier stored on every of the other security tokens. A client device for securely communicating using the secure communication kit is also disclosed.

  • Publication number: 20050060164
Abstract: A delivery system and method for delivering one of a plurality of identical products from a seller to a purchaser. The identical products are transported in a delivery circuit around a plurality of delivery nodes. It is then determined if one of the identical products has been ordered by one of the purchasers. If so, then it is determined which of the plurality of delivery nodes is closest to the purchaser. Then, the closest one of the identical products is provided to that delivery node along the delivery circuit and then the product is transported from the delivery node to the purchaser. The method also includes the association of each of the identical products with a unique tracking number. Also, the destination address of said purchaser is determined and the unique tracking number and destination address is “pushed” to the delivery closest to the purchaser node prior to the physical arrival of the products at the delivery node.
