  • Publication number: 20210048267
Abstract: An ambidextrous firearm bolt (10) may be configured to eject from the left or right side of a firearm. The firearm bolt (10) features a firing pin (140) residing within a bolt body (120) in turn residing within a bolt carrier (110). The bolt body (120) may be inserted on either side of the bolt carrier (110) and features a selector pin (126) designed to interact with slots (112, 114) on either side of the bolt carrier (110), thereby selectively imparting a twist with respect to the firearm itself, allowing the ambidextrous ejection. A spring-loaded extractor latch (134) residing in a bolt lug (130) secures ammunition for extraction.

  • Patent number: 10359245
Abstract: A rotor for a firearm having a tracks and locks for interaction with at least one firearm bolt with a rotatable head and carrier body may have a reversible lock structure such that locks may be merely turned around in relation to the rotor when one set of lock bosses is worn by the interaction of the lock and bolts when firing. Drive and delinker gears may also be geometrically keyed to the rotor to efficiently divide torque across the gears and to maintain correct timing for the firearm.

  • Publication number: 20190137204
Abstract: A delinker (150) for a firearm may feature a modular delinker shaft (152) such that individual components may be replaced when they fail, rather than replacing a whole shaft. Push rods (164) may be keyed to guides (162) to counter centrifugal, inertial, force. Lock rods (170) may be used to accomplish the keyed interaction. Firing bolts may also utilize the keyed construction.

  • Patent number: 10168118
Abstract: A barrel clamp for a Gatling-style firearm, or “mini-gun,” provides vanes for the direction of fresh air currents into the muzzle area of the firearm. The directed air streams contribute to cooling the barrels while in the firing cycle and also towards the disruption of fuel-rich gasses which contribute to muzzle flash.

  • Patent number: 9587895
Abstract: A bolt for a firearm having a rotatable head and carrier body has a twisted polygonal keyed interface between the head and carrier body. A neck extending rearward from the head presents the keyed interface with a corresponding bore within the carrier body. This construction reduces torque moments between the head and carrier body as compared to prior art bolts. Camming loads on the neck may be constructed with inverses to create space for tolerance and lubricant.

  • Publication number: 20160059618
Abstract: Disclosed is an ink palette for use in artistic fields that require pigments to be readily available to an artist. Individual reservoirs are conjoined to form a matrix of reservoirs which may be cut to accommodate the artist's desire for color capacity. The ink palette is specifically adapted to the art of tattooing in that the palette may be secured to a work surface by the use of an ointment, like petroleum jelly, and each reservoir may have indentations on their bottoms in order to facilitate securement by the use of such compounds. Each reservoir may have a rim above the adjacent connectors so as to lessen mixing of the pigments.

  • Patent number: 8776626
Abstract: The present invention is a pneumatically driven oscillatory motor. It features fan gear with an eccentrically mounted hub which imparts a wobbling motion on a bearing and associated collar. This wobbling motion then translated in to a vertical oscillatory motion of a collar arm extending radially from said collar. Additional structures to direct flow of expelled air are also provided. The collar arm may be removable from the collar. The motor has many applications where oscillatory motion is required, such as in tattoo needles.

  • Patent number: 8342072
Abstract: A linking system for rimmed ammunition is disclosed. The linking system features individual links that each encompass one ammunition cartridge while having an arcuate lateral arm which encompasses a neighboring link and associated cartridge. A plurality of collet arms secure the cartridge and separate as the cartridge is forced forward in the delinking process. Angular momenta from the feeding motion and the rotational motion of the de-linking assembly combine to rotate a first link away and apart from the next associated link.
